Technology introduction
Electrochromic glass is an intelligent material that can change its transparency and color by applying an electric field. It consists of two layers of transparent conductive glass sandwiched with an electrochromic layer. When the electrochromic layer is electrified, its internal structure changes,
thereby altering the degree of visible light transmission. Therefore, electrochromic glass has the adjustability of light absorption and transmission
under the action of an electric field, which can selectively absorb or reflect external thermal radiation and internal thermal diffusion, saving a large
amount of energy that buildings need to consume during summer cooling and winter insulation. At the same time, it can improve the natural lighting
level and prevent peeping.

Advantages

·Adjustable light absorption and transmission: The glass can adjust light absorption and transmission under an electric field, allowing for light control.
·Energy saving effect: By selectively absorbing or reflecting thermal radiation, the energy consumption required for summer cooling and winter heating  is reduced.
· Improving natural lighting: Adjusting indoor lighting levels and provides anti-peeping functionality.
· Energy saving display: Electrochromic displays eliminate the need for backlighting and save energy by not consuming power when static images are displayed.
· High contrast display: Compared with other displays, electrochromic displays have the advantages of high contrast and no viewing angle limitation.
· Automatic anti glare rearview mirror: Using electrochromic materials, the reflected light intensity is adjusted through an electronic induction system
to improve driving safety.
· Low voltage operation: In cars and airplanes, electrochromic glass can work at low voltages of 2-5V, adjusting light intensity and improving travel comfort.

Project application
Currently used in some high-end cars and airplanes. it will be used in energy saving buildings and display screens in the future.
